Terms & Conditions

  1. License & Scope: Perpetual (lifetime) license for the chosen plan; non-transferable; tied to your registered email and Broker Client ID(s). Child add-ons are bound to the same Master.
  2. Inclusions: Software access, activation key, setup guide, standard support during trading hours, and minor updates within the purchased major version.
  3. Exclusions: No trading signals or strategy design. No responsibility for broker/exchange/API fees or infrastructure (internet/VPS). No guarantee of fills, zero slippage, or uninterrupted uptime.
  4. Technical Requirements: Valid Angel One SmartAPI access; stable internet; supported OS (Windows 10+ or Linux). Correct API keys/permissions are the user’s responsibility.
  5. Risk & Liability: Markets carry risk; you may lose capital. You accept full responsibility for order parameters, multipliers, and risk controls. The provider is not liable for direct/indirect loss due to outages, throttling, misconfiguration, or third-party failures.
  6. Refunds & Cancellations: Due to license key delivery, all sales are final once keys are issued/activated. In case of activation failures on the provider side, access will be repaired or replaced.
  7. Fair Use & Abuse: Reverse-engineering, reselling, or sharing license keys voids the license. Abuse or security risks may result in suspension without refund.
  8. Privacy: Keys/configs reside on the end-user system per your setup. No strategies are provided.
  9. Compliance: You must comply with applicable laws/regulations and your broker’s terms. Features may change to remain compliant.
  10. Support: Standard best-effort support during market hours (Mon–Fri; exchange holidays excluded). Optional onboarding may be offered.
  11. Upgrades: Add more Child linkages via the add-on product. New major versions may be separate paid upgrades.
